Situations where words make a difference
The scene selection includes sales conversations, customer support, conflict, job interviews and negotiation. Rather than composing an answer alone, you respond to a conversation partner who can bring questions or objections into the exchange.
You decide what to say. A first attempt can feel awkward; that gives you a chance to try another phrase and notice how it feels when spoken aloud.
Start with a specific goal
Choose a scene that is close to your situation. Give yourself a manageable goal, such as answering a difficult follow-up calmly, setting a boundary or explaining the value of an idea.
A job interview is a different conversation from a salary negotiation. Choosing the right setting is more useful than expecting a single roleplay to cover every situation.
Revisit a moment afterwards
With an account, you can return to saved transcripts. Find a moment where you felt unsure and consider what you would like to say differently next time.
An AI simulation can give you opportunities to experiment. It cannot predict how a real customer, employer or other person will respond.
How to get started
- Open the scenes in Dafne and choose a relevant situation.
- Choose one goal for the attempt, such as answering a difficult follow-up.
- Start the voice conversation and respond within the scene.
Responding to a sales objection
Illustrative example, not a recorded user conversation. Actual replies can differ.
- AI as customer
- This sounds interesting, but I do not see why I should pay more for it.
- You
- Which task currently takes the most time? Then I can show you a specific example of whether our offer would help.
